THE BEGINNING
A foundation built to last.
After moving to Sydney with his young family in 2002, Rafi established the foundations of the business through hands-on trade work, undertaking maintenance, plumbing and electrical projects across a range of environments. Working directly across each discipline gave him an intimate understanding of the construction process from the ground up, developing the practical expertise and attention to detail that would become central to HSN’s approach.

As his experience grew, so too did Rafi’s ambition to rethink the traditional construction model. Progressing from sole tradesman to established builder, he began developing projects independently, allowing the business to evolve organically through a self-funded approach. This progression ultimately led to the establishment of HSN as a boutique property development and construction company, bringing the two disciplines together under a single vision.

Today, HSN remains a family-run business built upon the same foundations established in its early years.
